First time at this salon after seeing great reviews online. It definitely did not disappoint! Booked for a cut and style with Tory and she did an amazing job on my hair. She gave me exactly what I asked for and completely refreshed my look. Clean studio and skilled and knowledgeable team. Highly recommend and I will definitely be returning!

Stylist Matthew is amazing! He has been doing my root touch ups and maintaining my blonde for years. The colour is always perfect and my experience is relaxing from beginning to end. I really appreciate his attention to detail and can’t recommend him enough for all your colour needs!

Extremely expensive salon especially for the area. Don’t take their quote word for word you may end up walking out paying over 700 + unwillingly. Salon charged me for over 3 + hours for a colour correction when in reality it was just a solid colour application. Stylist also was 20 minutes late into my appointment. I showed a before and after to a salon near by and they agreed I was overcharged for the hair colour. Stylist didn’t have time to do a cut so this was just for a colour. Stylist was nice but seemed very rushed. Colour was nice but nothing near what I asked for. Ultimately I won’t be coming back.

Fifteen Twelve Salon is best salon in Toronto. Alysha has been cutting my hair for 10+ years now - she's the only person I trust to give me a perfect cut/style, and the time spent in her chair always comes with warm conversation and tips on keeping my hair healthy. The salon itself is beautiful, clean, and features top of the line hair products and tools. Management is wonderful, as are all of the staff. I would recommend Fifteen Twelve to anyone and everyone.

A new salon for me as my previous one had closed down, so it is always a little nerve-wracking to select a new one, but I had seen so many positive reviews that I felt it was worth exploring and my first visit was fantastic. I had seen other reviewers’ comments that Tory was a skilled stylist, and also warm and friendly, and that was definitely the case. She listened carefully to what I wanted and gave me the best haircut I have had in many years, so I will now be a regular client.

Chris has been my hairstylist for about two years now and he does an amazing job every time. I've been bleaching my hair for many years and Chris helps me keep it healthy and looking great! The salon is super cute and clean, i always look forward to each appointment!
